From setting yourself up for success, gauging salt content, creating a safe environment for your experiments, and checking for doneness, you'll leave this workshop confident and capable to start fermenting your own cabbage-based sauerkraut with seasonal flavors. Sample an array of probiotic vegetables and beverages, then dive hands-first into creating your own nourishing food. There will be shredded cabbage, seasonal vegetables, botanicals, and spices available to blend and take home your custom kraut.
