All you need to make soft, flexible tortillas is whole grain flour, water, sea salt, lovely lard from friends at Turkey Tail Farm and a healthy sourdough culture.
We will discuss sourdough culture maintenance (including taking breaks), feeding instructions, as well as modifying the recipe to include alternate fats like coconut oil or ghee. Together we will mix the tortilla dough by hand and later roll them out and cook quickly on the griddle for the freshest tortillas you will ever get to take home.

Due to limited seating, please request to cancel at least 48 hours before the scheduled workshop. This gives others a chance to join the class and reduces waste of perishable materials used during the workshop. You may cancel by phone or email. If you cancel before the 48 hours, you will be given a credit to your account to use for another workshop. There are no refunds. If you do not cancel at least 48 hours before, you will lose the payment for that workshop.
